The first coat I sent for was a 14 my usual high street size it was to large. At the price it was the most fantastic value and I was very disappointed. However I thought because of Amazon Primes ordering system I would give it another go. I went to a very expensive shop and tried on the sizes of same style coat and found that a 12 fitted me perfectly.so ordered of the same company I had previously a size 12. It had gone up by roughly £2 but folks it’s still a great price. It came within 3 days because of the weekend. So again great delivery service with Prime. The coat is super I have always wanted one. The coat I ordered is Navy so stylish and a bonus that the hood comes off. I also think the yellow is fresh and stylish but the Navy compliments so many things. It is also easier I believe to style with additional colours ie a bright scarf and bag clothing. It is so versatile. My next thing to do is return my bigger size 14. The printing of the returns label had clear instructions so no problems there. So looking forward to seeing how quickly return is dealt with. I Highly recommend the Prime service and Company I purchased coat from. That is from

I wasn't sure of the shade of red of this jacket when I ordered but took the chance any way. I'm glad I did as the colour is true to the image. This is a good quality jacket as I would expect from Joules. Looking forward to getting years of wear out of this as it's a real wardrobe staple which won't date.

Such a comfortable coat. Makes you look stylish even in the wettest weather... and truly is 100% waterproof and wind proof. The soft cotton lining is thin but cosy. Can wrap up nice and warm with a jumper underneath. Breathable and really durable. Would say if you’re between sizes like me (10-12) opt for the larger size so you can wear jumpers beneath. Really good quality and always get so many compliments on a rainy day!

Really nice coat with the usual Joules quality. The red is a true and vibrant colour with the contrast nautical inspired lining. It is reasonably lightweight. It has two pockets on the front that I’d prefer to be deeper. The zip fastening feels sturdy and the flap that covers it I also has cute loops for the buttons. The hood is mean and I don’t have a large head. It is waterproof. Overall it is a very nice practical garment that I’m sure I’ll get myriads of use from. It was also a bargain at only £27 direct from Amazon. Great.

This is a lovely jacket. The sleeves are rather too long for me, but I am a size 16/18 (bought the 18) and manufactures always seem to assume that larger people are tall with long arms which is not me. I haven't worn it yet given the current spell of hot weather, but I am sure it will be very good in wet weather. My little dog has the matching dog coat!

Having read the reviews I ordered a size smaller than I would normally order and I am glad I did. Although it fits perfectly in the body I do find the sleeves slightly narrow so would not be able to wear a thick jumper under it, but don't think this would be necessary as the coat is very warm. All in all a lovely coat and very good value.

I have this coat in pink and my daughter needed one similar for Spring/autumn when it’s not warm enough for no coat, but too warm for the winter coat and there being a higher chance of rain. She is an average sized 13 year old so I bought her an adult size 8. It fits really well and she loves the colour, it’s really waterproof and the hood is a decent size. I’m really pleased with the price I paid too.
