I really liked the style and fabric of these. But they run SO SMALL. I generally wear a 4/6 - a little pandemic weight has pushed me up from my regular 4 to a 6, and I ordered a size 6, based on reviews. But these were at least a size or two too small around the waist. There is zero stretch at the waist. They definitely run at least one size, possibly two, too small around the waist, for those of us who carry our weight more at our midsection. So I would recommend ordering accordingly.

I have several pairs of these pants, and love wearing them for hiking or gardening/outdoor work around the house. I bought the same size as the others i own, which is a size bigger than i wear in other pants because i like a looser low hip fit for these. They barely fit, and they sit higher on waist than others. I'll keep only because they were on sale when i bought and just not worth it to return and buy a different size at 3 times the price.

The waist band doesn't really have any give to it which made the waist a little too tight for me but the backside and hips fit fine. The rise on these was also a little shallow so they rode up too much on me (5'7"). I have other Columbia capris that fit me so much better so it's just this style I guess. Too bad - the price was right and the material was lightweight but I had to return them.

In the end I sent these back and kept the Columbia Sportswear Women's Global Adventure Adjustable Pants I also ordered, which felt nicer, are a hundred times more flattering and are more flexible for mixed terrains as they can be worn as capris or full length pants.

These knee pants fitted me but were a little bit tight, they also gaped around the pockets so looked pretty yuk. I noted that lots of reviews for Columbia clothing thought the sizes were a bit off and that you should order one size up. Pros for these pants would probably be that they would be good for hot weather (they were very lightweight) and had back pockets with zippers.

It has a weird fit over the crotch area. Strange thing is, I bought a size 4 and it fit almost EXACTLY the same. Its seems weird to have the same size issue when I go up an entire size.

unfortunately, the problem with imported products is that the quality control is lacking as far as size consistency. I bought one pair at REI then ordered these through Amazon and they were way different as far as size. Otherwise, these are great pants, cool and dry quickly with pockets and drawstrings at the knee.

taille plutot grand; sinon le tissu est agréable, ne se repasse pas et est assez frais; la coupe correcte; mais la taille est haute derrière ce qui ne convient pas à quiconque aime les pantalons à taille plutôt basse, ce qui est mon cas, question de morphologie.
