Firstly, it's a shame that there are a number of reviews here, whose objections are not based on the quailty of the show or the product itself but apparently an objection to diversity. Which is quite frankly abhorrent.

This is a great series, Don Mancini has taken the opportunity to explore Chucky in a way which a film does not allow by spreading the story throughout an eight episode series. Well acted with plenty of violence Chucky is known for. The series is suitable for those who have never watched any Chucky films before, however those who know chucky well will find plenty of references, tie ins and cameos related to the films. The series does not, as another reviewer states (one of the abhorrent ones) focus on the lead character discovering his sexuality, which is a relatively minor (but quite sweet) aspect of the overall story.

The blu ray itself contains all eight episodes in HD as well as a few deleted scenes and a special feature. The Good guys edition also features a lenticular case, booklet and a series of post cards etc. If you've watched the series on Sky and were a fan or generally a big Chucky fan then it's worth it, however for most I would suggest the normal blu-ray or dvd is sufficient.

Absolutely awesome, does the movies proud. I loved watching season 1 and can't wait for season 2. David Kirchner and Don Mancini are Ledgends. We'll Directed and acted, make up effects are awesome, but then it's Tony Gardener, it's expected to be good. Brad Douriff as always brilliant, I can't Imagine what Brad thinks of Fiona in this, some of the roles she's acting out. But equally brilliant, and of course the lovely veluptuous Jennifer Tilley. Worth buying, but my only complaint is. The episodes to complete a chapter are to short. You can watch all season 1 box set in one day if you wanted. Now I'm hanging in the balance for season 2.

First of all i want to do a compaint about the delivery :

There's no need for a refund or resend !!!!!! I just want to point out something that annoyed me a lot :

The cover of Chucky came .. outside of the box .. yes you heard that right .. outside of the box .. It's just by pure luck that the paper didn't cut to pieces and completely damaged .. there is a small cut in the left upfront of the front of cover but .. OK .. i can pass that .. !!

PLEASE don't do that ever again and always check what you put inside the boxes and how you put them .. i understand you have lot of work BUT you can not be Amazon and do a delivery like this one in 2022.

The series are crazy .. i like them a lot.
Chucky always managed to stay fresh no matter in what decade his movies coming out.
Can't wait for the second season :)

First of all the chucky has come a long way and the chucky in this is very good lots of blood and some little jump scares all in all that part was very good. The bad the 3 main actors are very rubbish the main star looks like he's going to cry all the time and storms about like a spoilt kid . If they were taken out would have been much better .

All in all I'll not be keeping and just stick to the film's but that's just me

Still in same gruesome yet awesome style of previous chucky films , if you had any attraction to previous chucky stuff I'm sure you'll like this, you either hate him love him but I still think chucky and this series Rock!!!
