My most tiring experience in the last two days -
After unpacking, there was a massive bending, which I only realised by comparing original photos from Apple. OK - its refurbished, a certain acceptance needs to be given . But the bending is a massive defect. It need power to accomplish such a damage. This bending came together with other scratches; some turned out to be something like sticky tape remains mixed with dirt. On top the keyboard had two malfunctions using the T Key and the shift Key. If You want to set up the new system on the Mac, and Your password for I-Tunes is endlessly refused You start doubting yourself. It is a drag, friends. This is not acceptable, specially because it takes quite a while to figure it out. Finally the cable was not exchanged or given an adaptation for the German plugs. So far so good, but what really was getting me, that the seller kept on writing back having send the item in pristine condition. Since the the I-Mac is working I offered to accept the deal with a certain discount. The seller offered a poor 50,00 € balance for a new keyboard. The seller does not understand that his sloppiness is costing my valuable time. It feels like a total rip off here. I found that Idea of refurbished computers fantastic. This kind of sellers are spoiling the good idea. I won't trust that again and go back to a new computer. I feel really annoyed by the inflexibility of the seller.
